Since 1990s,fierce market competition makes organizations may not be able or willing to fully fulfill their previous commitment to employees.Employees in this environment are prone to perceive psychological contract breach,which may lead to the decrease of OCB(Organizational Citizenship Behavior),thereby affecting job performance,and ultimately affecting the achievement of organizational performance and organizational goals.In order to improve organizational performance by encouraging employees to folly perform their in-role behavior and OCB,organizations have to think about how to establish a good employment relationship.This paper is the empirical research and analysis mainly focuses on the impact of employee,s perceived psychological contract breach on OCB.Although in previous studies,the negative impact of perceived psychological contract breach on OCB has reached a relatively consistent conclusion,the influencing factors of this mechanism have not received appropriate attention.In order to clarify the influencing mechanism of perceived psychological contract breach on OCB,this paper constructs a model to examine the moderating effect of work ethics and also,psychological contracts influence on perceived psychological contract breach.A sample of over four humdred workers 1s examined in this research.By performing hierarchical regression analysis and variance analysis,this research finds that:(1)Psychological contract type influence the level of perceived psychological contract breach.(2)Perceived psychologieal contract breach gets signifieant negative correlation with OCB.(3)The moderating effect of work ethics:work ethics can moderate perceived psychological contract breach and OCB,work ethic can reduce the decrease level of OCB caused by perceived psychological contract breach.
