The XingShiCi is a very important SanQu set in the late of Ming Dynasty.Because of the lost of some texts , now the academia did not have an enough research on XingShiCi. And they also do not assess its value clearly .Through many ways to find it ,now we found three different editions of XingShiCi .Firstly , the paper finishes the existent edition on the base of gathering every edition of XingShiCi .Then we gave it an all-sided research on the content and the artistic characteristics by adopting the perfect one among these editions and combining the other two editions. In order to reasonably evaluate the value and status of XingShiCi of zhuZaiyu .And make up the absence in the history of Chinese SanQu.Except the introduction and the conclusion ,the paper mainly consists of the three chapters .The first chapter mainly give its change of edition a systemic coordination based on griping all kinds of editions . And find a perfect edition by comparing the difference of every edition .Now ,the academe only knows the edition which had lost chiseled by He Rutian in the first year of Daoguang. Now we can only read the MingDaiSanQuXuan including twenty-one artifacts excerpted from XingShiCi of HeBen and QuanMingSanQu including twenty particularly modified works excerpted from MingDaiSanQuXuan. After the all-sided searching ,we found three different versions of ZhuZaiyu's XingShiCi.They are respectively Herutian's republication printed in 1892,Wangliyuan's republication and a collection of XingShiCi printed by Yizhitang in 1935. With the known edition Lugong's and QuanMingSanQu's,now we totally have five different versions of XingShiCi .The paper gives the version of XingShiCi a systemic coordination based on the five different versions and respectively discusses the differences of the existing editions including title , melody and word and so on.The second chapter mainly probes into the content of XingShiCi. First ,it is the indignant work in XingShiCi .These express the author's resentment to the tenebrous social situation .Relating to the actual situation at that time ,ZhuZaiyu's work fiercly criticized the late Ming Dynasty's society corrupted by money .Some of the works'words are so fierce that it can be called cursed work .Secondly,it is the work that teaches and warnes the world . This part shows the author's heart to teach the world . Compaired with the previous teach-world works and warn-world works ,his works persuade more .The last one is reclusive work. Those parts of works are ZhuZaiyu's real thougut ---seclusion after going through wide fluctuations in his life . Except the praise to the rusticity ,his reclusive works also revealed his concern to his country. All these show he was mindful of potential dangers when he secluded but his heart not .The third chapter researches the artistic characteristics of XingShiCi. We analysed its artistic characteristics from its melody and language. Its living and popular. Its birth injected fresh blood into SanQu field in late Ming Dynasty. In the end , we come to the conclusion that as a imitated set of folk ZhuZaiyong's XingShiCi plays a very important role in the in late Ming Dynasty .Analysing both from the content and the artistic characteristics of XingShiCi , its achievement was in the first place in the imitated work.In the history of SanQu , XingShiCi's value was in excess of the same age's author's work ,such as LiangChenyu's work and Shenjing's work.
