The Study Of Hetu And Luoshu

The documents of Chenwei, which full of the bright time characteristic, were important ideology resources of Han Dynasty. However, Hetu and Luoshu occupied a unique place in the documents of Chenwei, and the Geography Idea of Han Dynasty, the Thinking of Myth, and the content of Folk Custom were all included. This paper tries to make a tentative study from four aspects.The first part of this thesis is the summary of Hetu and Luoshu, including the formation and the study of He Luo. For each knowledge has its own succession, this part reviews the research of previous and lays a solid foundation for my own study.The second part of the thesis compares the material of Heluo with other documents of Han Dynasty, so as to restore the Jiuzhou Theory, and discuss the unique Geography Idea of Han Dynasty.The third part of the thesis summarizes the area of Kunlun, the story of the Western Queen Mother (Xi Wangmu) and the legend of Yellow Emperor in Heluo——An Analysis from the Myth of Kunlun,so as to supplement the research of myth.The forth part of thesis discusses the ancient Chinese Magic Arts of Heluo, and investigates the Political Folk Customs of the Han Dynasty.The fifth part of thesis researches on the Ancient History System of Heluo, which based on the Wu De Zhong Shi Thoughts of Liuxin, thus, created the Ancient History System with FUXi as the leader.
