The Shanxi Merchants In Early Qing Dynasty And Jiehua With Yuanjiang, Yuanyao

The Shanxi Merchants, the most prominent regional business gang during the Ming and Qing dynasty in China; Yuan Jiang, Yuan Yao, the famous painter during the Kangxi,yongzheng,qianlong period."The Shanxi Merchants had invited the boundary painter whom Yuan Jiang, Yao Yuan from Yangzhou to went to Shanxi for many years and left many valuable artworks " It was well known, however, in painting history this is not in a band before or not recorded. This text is to compensate for this shortcoming, based on the relevant arguments, though query and comparison by data, analyse the connection between Two Yuan and Shanxi Merchants,mainly discussed from four aspects about the aesthetic needs of Shanxi Merchants, Jiehua with Yuan Jiang,Yuan Yao', the link between them and their historical significance.In this paper, take the Shanxi Merchant's artwork needs and the Confucian origin of Family as a starting point, result as complete account about historical position, artistic characteristic on Jiehua with YuanJiang, YuanYao, which leads to the following, according to historical data and literature records from the Two Yuan's subject matter and painting style, compared with the Shanxi Merchant's widespread and "ceremony" clearly,the final conclusion is drawn that the aesthetic culture of Shanxi Merchants, Two Yuan's contribution to the art in Shanxi and their paintings have reserved the valuable historical information, etc.It is focus on the relations between Shanxi Merchants and YuanJiang,Yuan Yao', through detailed historical data, analysis the paintings and exploration of a new perspective, summarized the relationship with Shanxi Merchants and YuanJiang,Yuanyao:Jiehua with Yuanjiang Yuanyao satisfied the needs that Shanxi Merchants business activities and interpersonal communication,the art needs of Shanxi Merchants stimulate the artistic creation of Yuan Jiang, Yuan Yao'.From the research of Shanxi Merchants which has been done for a long period, also made considerable achievements, but on the art collection of Shanxi merchants and Jiehua with YuanJiang, Yuanyao the two important painter in the history is almost no relevant writing and arts activities, lack of information is the biggest difficulty of this paper, but in this case, I decided to focus on the aspect of this vacancy, with the literature,field visit for data collection and analysis, with the overall analysis to explore from a new perspective,take Jiehua as an example to prove the contribution of Shanxi Merchants,and further explanation was the importance of YuanJiang, YuanYao and the historical status, values and artistic charm of Jiehua.
