Based on Wittgenstein's view of probability, we discus some problems about philosophy of probability in this paper. On one hand, it explores and interprets philosophy of probability in his "Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus", including his view of causality, natural law and so on. On the other hand, this paper clarifies "the principle of indifference" used in the definition of probability by Wittgenstein, especially some difficulties of the principle, and its impaction on the Wittgenstein's definition of probability. Lastly, we try to argue some samples when the principle of indifference applied to them. In the end, it also shows some problems implied in Wittgenstein's definition of probability.
