The thesis is a reasearch on the first part of A Treatise of Human Nutare^hich publishedin1739written by David Hume.Which comprehensively expounded his philosophy ofprobability thinking and practical significance probability Hume thought the study.Andpointed out that Hume probability of advancing the nature and meaning of the probabilityof classification for Hume, have impotrant theoretical value.First, the probability of nature, whether it is the mathematical probability or contingentissues are essentially unknown from the known to predict the results of the event, the onlydifference lies in how we define the unknown.Secondly, Hume’s thinking on the problemof probability plays a very important role in his entire philosophical thought.
