Late Ming period, is one of the priorities for that Qing dynasty came after Ming. Local administration of civil officials in late Ming dynasty is an important reason for the fall of the Ming. Official Ming is undoubtedly corrupt, but how corruption? What colors a state of survival among the officials? One of the senior officials in the late Ming-Qi Biaojia, is a good person as an example.I hope I can explore why late Ming officials can not be rescued and reflect the late Ming officialdom from what Qi Biaojia saw and heard and experienced. In 1627, Chongzhen acceded to the throne, killed the gelding and rectified the order, trying to establish the revitalization of Ming dynasty. He eventually failed. Chongzhen, is clearly the last emperor, better than the predecessors, although failing to establish the revitalization, but shouldn't lose his country. Of course, Ming officialdom, is one of the causes, although the one is important. Regardless of economic or military and other kinds of services, officials must be needed. The working styles of officials affect the system of organization of a dynasty. Therefore, with the help of Qi Biaojia's personal experience and personal means of dealing with criticism, I will elaborate on local administration of civil officials.Qi Biaojia experienced a major political struggle of late Ming is a confrontation with the powerful minister, the confrontation between Supervisors and the emperor. In this political struggle, we could see how powerful ministers manipulate power, how officials engage in internal strife, how suspicious the emperor feels, eventually leading to the Ming Dynasty's failure. From the trials of government officials handling with the criticism in the clash between the brothers, we could see as the negligence of the officials, incompetent as. One is personal experience, one for handling the case. I believe I can truly reflect the confusion of the late Ming officialdom by criticism in the private material and official documents left.Through two case studies and analysis, we can find there are several different groups-powerful ministers, good ministers and not work. These three groups is not the existence of the Ming by only that, but the strife among the three groups and the intensity of the struggle with the generalization is unique to the late Ming. The author will make such phenomena personality extended to the late Ming officialdom on the universal characteristics of officials. From the particular to the universal, the late Ming officials are confirmed in corruption and gloomy. Perhaps Chongzhen could save it with his own skills and diligence, but because of Chongzhen's general mistrust of officials and which causes the employer misconduct, it only worsen the political system. Thus, above the atmosphere of official corruption in their own habits, official Ming has become increasingly serious in the late Ming officialdom is a get out of a dead end.
