The peripheral products of traditional domestic TV cartoons primarily aim at young audience, while adult audience, as the active spending groups, their psychological need of consumption need to be sufficient valued.This paper breaks through the routine mode of traditional domestic TV cartoons peripheral products which are minors, puts forward the concept "peripheral products for adults", through a series of social surveys of statistical analysis methods, aims at Guangdong province which has geographical advantage, systematically analyzes adults'attitude about understanding and consumption,consumption psychological needs on the domestic TV cartoons, and chooses the "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" produced by Original Power Culture Communication Co., Ltd. of Guangdong for the case. Because it is the only first prize of National Excellent domestic TV cartoons in Guangdong and loved widely by adults. And then, this paper contraposes one of the most potential peripheral products for the final product design practice in order to make useful exploration for the development of domestic TV cartoons'adult peripheral products, which has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper consists mainly of the following five aspects:Firstly, compared with the development of adult peripheral products of foreign and domestic TV cartoons, this paper analyzes domestic TV cartoons'potential advantages of adult peripheral products, and interviews ten representative domestic TV cartoons'companies by telephone, summarizes and analyzes the status of adult peripheral products development, finally chooses adults in Guangdong province and the "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" for the next study.Secondly, on based of the integration of research findings, it analyzes concretely the geographical advantage of Guangdong province on the development of domestic TV cartoons'peripheral products for adults in the nationwide, by mens of a series social investigation methods, such as semi-structured interview,open interview and structural interview, studys adults'attitude on understanding and consumption about the domestic TV cartoons'peripheral products in Guangdong, chooses the adults who have self-consumption potention: 18 to 39, and summarizes several types of peripheral products which have more advantages to develop for the next study.Thirdly, on based of the integration of research findings, for "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf", by mens of semi-structured interviews, open interview, it locates the class on daily necessities, then uses structural interview to choose the two more popular characters and studys their potential consumption trends, finally, use semi-structured interviews and structural interview, decide to design the two characters'squeezing toothpaste device which is the most popular.Fourthly, on based of the integration of research findings, analyzes the traditional squeezing toothpaste device's advantage and disadvantage, and analyzes the reason on Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf who are popular, then by means of computer aided technique, designs the Pleasant Goat's stand-alone product and Gray Wolf - Red Wolf's combination product, and achieves two products'solid models by machining process , manual process and manual assembly method.Fifthly, does the user experience by using the two products'solid models, and compares the results for experience after the evaluation with the preliminary evaluation results in order to their rationality.
