Busoni-Ferruccio is one of the most outstanding representative figures in Italy musical field from the late nineteenth century to the early twentieth century. He is an excellent pianist, composer and conductor. He creates a lot of music works, including opera, symphony, chorus, chamber music and song,and so on. He lives just created one piano concerto——for male chorus, orchestra and piano——"piano concerto in C major". It was created in 1904. It is one of the representative works during the transition period of his musical style. Based on the analysis of the harmony, the tonality, the musical form and the orchestration color in the "piano concerto in C major", through which the particular style of Busoni's works is summarized, this thesis is aimed at providing bases for the study of Busoni's works and laying the firm foundation in future musical searching. In hope of offering some significant references to other related researchers.The full text is divided into three chapters. Introduction section expounds Busoni's life experience and remarkable success in his Art Career, And this topic research status and research value.First, Second,and third chapters for the emphasis of this article. The first chapter analyzes the features of "Piano Concerto in C major" in the techniques of harmony. Section I of the works and sound materials that summarize the relationship between pitch organization; Section II of the harmonic relationship between the order into the set. The second chapter discusses and analyses the form of each movement of "piano concerto in C major". And summarized the Structural characteristics of the work. Chapter three described the orchestration features of the "piano concerto in C major".In conclusion, concludes Busoni's creative style. In accordance with conclusion made some own ideas and views.
