A Qualitative Study On Test Anxiety Of Students In Senior Grade 3

Test anxiety is a normal problem among seniors.This paper focuses on test anxiety of students in senior grade 3 a month before their college entrance test, and explores the counseling intervention effect.The first study analyzed the counseling records of 12 students reported test anxiety in the counseling procedure, the result shows that the anxiety resources include test process, future destiny, family, social evaluation; test anxiety manifested in the physical,emotion, cognition, and behavior; and students deal with test anxiety rarely simple, most of them know little what to do.The second study analyzed the 24 students'simulated test performance before the counseling and the final college entrance test performance after the counseling with case study method to explore the intervention effect. The result shows there are 8 different changes of students'test performance influenced by the intervention in this study.
