The Experience And Enlightenment Of RenBiShi And The Economic Construction In The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region

Yan' an period, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),which represented the power of people gradually developed. The great achievement of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region's economic construction, hand is the achievement of CPC leadership, on the other hand also promoted the development of other construction. RenBiShi and the Border Region's achievements of economic construction were inseparable.RenBiShi made efforts in the aspects of theory and practice when he were leading the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region's economic construction, and saved the financial difficulties and spent making a significant contribution to economic steady development. This article mainly research the whole construction of RenBiShi in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region's economic construction.The first part of this article , studies the historical background on which RenBiShi was appointed to lead economic construction, and explain the positive significance and the major responsibility of RenBiShi leading the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region's economic construction.In the second part of this article, sudy the positive practice which were made after RenBiShi had been appointed to lead the development of Border Region . This part is divided into three periods according to RenBiShi's emphasis on the different . Not only discusses the leadership of economic construction, but also discusses the leadership of other construction taking economic construction as the center.The third part of this article ,studies the theory of RenBiShi leading Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region's economic construction . Making efforts to combine practice and theory of RenBiShi leading Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region's economic construction to research the theory of RenBiShi leading Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region's economic construction from the angle of the whole.The fourth part of this article ,explains the overall contribution of RenBiShi leading Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region's economic construction.
