The Documentary Study On Zhangjiashan Han Slips

The bamboo slips of Han dynasty in Zhangjiashan, which were unearthed in Jiangling County of Hubei Province, have very important influence in the study of documentary on the bamboo slips and silk. Gailu, the military book in pre-Qin period, is the essential clue for us to understand and study Bing Yin-yang Jia. The thesis will discuss the characteristic and used characters in the document on Gailu from the respect of the document.It consists of four chapters. The first part is the introduction, briefly introduces the condition and the value, and the methods of studying Gailu.The second part is to mainly analyze the characteristic of document such as the system of shape, the style of literature, the use of characters and so on. It is valuable of us to not only research the style of epistolary and the use of characters of Gailu, but also understand the military books in pre-Qin period written by Bing Yin-yang Jia.The third part is the textual research on the characters and vocabularies in Gailu, which not only refers to the views of other scholars, but also includes my new opinions.The last part summarizes all of the explanations of the characters and vocabularies in Gailu including the views of the scholars.
