| The requirements of public environment are increasing with the rapid development of modern cities and the high level of economic prosperity. It will promote the development of public art inevitably. As one part of the public art, environmental ceramic art condensed humanistic Concern and Original of soil, which is rich in material properties and artistic language. In the case of diversified development of the arts, environmental ceramic art also began to appear in a variety of public environments with special content and form of expression. Moreover, it enriched the public's aesthetic pleasure as well as a powerful complement to public art. To adapt to the continuous development of society, environmental ceramic art was formed. The development of environmental ceramic art is the inevitable result of highly developed social material and spiritual. However, there are many problems of public art such as conceptualization, the identical and "1000 City side" in the current Public Art. As a result, the study on regional environmental ceramic art has been gradually put on the agenda. In this paper, we get rid of discussion on functionality, aesthetics, the possibility of intervention in public space, design, humanness, etc, but focus on the research of regionalism about environmental ceramic art.
