The Research Of GuZheng Art Features Of He ZhanHao

GuZheng has been refreshing itself no matter by the number of Tracks or by the skills and performance as a traditional but not old fashioned folk musical instrument.Pushed by May 4th New Culture revolution, Chinese new style music development is booming. Chinese Composer is deeply affected by western composing techniques through active learning and reference. At Early 80's, professional composers start to write GuZheng Works, brought changes for traditional Guzheng's development.During that period, those composers start to merge these 2 different kind of styles, keep the traditions and add the new techniques. Mr. HeZhanHao from SCM did an outstanding work mentioned above which is widely spread. This article mainly focused on the research of performance art of HeZhanHao's works. By exploring the production's features, music content and playing techniques, the players could understand better of the artistic feature deeper and get hold of its playing style, knowing the development of GuZheng during a specific historical period and the influence and meaning his work brought to GuZheng.
