The theme of homosexuality was a very important theme in 20th century .Both queer and homosexual literature has developed a lot during the last century.Jean Genet is a namable Frence writer who has luxuricant experience which made a great contribution to his unique thinking.Based on his own experience and unique perspective, Jean Genet observed and analyzed some social problems. His works are really humanitarian .He looked into the causes of the predicament of queers, he also do a lot of thinking about the fate of them in his works..His three famous queer theme novels《NOTRE-DAME DES FLEURS》,《MIRACLE PE LA ROSE》and《Thief Diary》,which do a further study about the situation and fate of queer ,possess a great value of social culture. This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, the main part and conclusion. The introduction makes a rough outline of the homosexual history. It also points out that homosexuality doesn't always in a marginal position, on the contrary, in some times, homosexuality even was a matter which were promoted and praised; at the same time, the introduction makes a brief explanation of the theory and research significance of this paper. This paper attempts to take Foucault's theory about sex as well as queer theory which impacted by Foucault as a theoretical support to interpret the three homosexual fictions of Jean Genet. A brief introduction of the current situation of research about Jean Gene is given in the last part of introduction. The main part has two aspects. Firstly, this paper analysises the marginalization of homosexual. The lack of long-term social identity is an important reason for the marginalization of homosexual, and homosexuals has been marginalized and moved toward the edge of social status for this reason. As Foucault said, power is a pervasive thing. With the involvement of power, homosexual has no place to hide, they are always under the tight control of power. The homosexuals of Jean Gene's novel are also the objects to be suppress. Under the shadow of such a power, they even doubt their self– existence, doubt the dislocation of their identity and status. Secondly, with the development of society and the rise of queer theory, homosexuals began to resist the dominant position of heterosexual, which is mainstream under the control of this power. Queer theory rose in the last century, the views about sex that they proposed not only upset the heterosexual theory but also impacted those prevailing perspectives about sex. Here, author is to makes a brief introductoion of those campaigns which have been initiated by the indomitable warriors. In foreign countries, it is because of their struggling that homosexuals can have a very relaxed environment. In Jean Gene's novel, homosexuals'resistance is mainly manifested by their pursuit of evil. Socially forbidden thoughts and actions become their target. They struggle with society in their own way. This paper studies the theories and the text by the method of texual reading. The study help us get the conclusion that homosexual is an act of transcendence. They not only exceed the physical needs of human but also exceed death. What they are really pursuing is spiritual freedom. Just like that in Jean Gene's ideal world ,he looks forward to build a more democratic and developed human society in which there are no sexual discrimination and people who have different sexual orientation are living together equally.
