?Nowadays, there are many different performances in the culture market. As collecting the resources, observing performing market, guiding the performing and catching the pace of the development, performing Companies have become the vital factor in the society, which play important role in a country or a city's comprehensive development strength and core competitive ability. Marketing Planning becomes to the research in the Marketing, which is not be ignored in making marketing plan, analyzing audiences, creating bland, breakfasting entertainments and analyzing environment inside and outside.As the first level cities in China, Beijing and Shanghai are guiding the tend of the policy, economy and culture. Beijing, the capital of the country, which is the center of the policy and culture, has the strength in culture recourses, prosperous of the Arts market, culture breakfast and communication. With the long city history and international development, Beijing absorb all kinds of the culture and arts resources through in the city. Shanghai, the center of the economy in the country, combined with own strength, push the development of the performing markets. Then, the two same level developing city, how to make scientific and effective plan to promote market-oriented performing arts company, industrialization, expanding entertainment company's market share, increase market competitiveness, is primary task of the project marketing planning. Beijing as a political and cultural center and Shanghai as economic development and international exchange center, it's important to make project planning in the basis of regional advantages and characteristics in the context of performing arts and cultural industries, which will affects the company's regional cooperation in the performing arts market and other major strategic development and prosperity. Therefore, it's essential to explore development strategy.There is no denying that there are many more performing companies in Beijing and Shanghai. But only a few of them have system on marketing planning, marketing share and audience. Beijing Gehua Performing Company and Shanghai Culture and Broadcasting Performing Company make their brand performing in the arts market. They respect this two city's strength in culture and arts performing level respectively.Based on the theory research of marketing planning, this article will show some marketing planning in the companies successfully abroad. Through the comparison of the two cities cases marketing planning in performing companies, we attend to give the conclusion on the two cities'strength and characters in marketing planning in performing companies. In another, analyzing the competition power, hole strategy marketing planning, choosing right pattern of marketing planning and human resources applying of the marketing planning in performing companies, we hope to give some masteries of developing and practicing marketing planning in Beijing and Shanghai, even in the country.
