| According to my experience in studying aria in of Mei's sect, we could give an example to be a point in study of performing arts about Mei's classical repertoire"Farewell My Concubine"which use a section of middle-south wooden clappers"look at that King wears cloth and is sleeping in the tent well". From pronounce and voice using, breath using, pedantic diction etc. of Mei's aria to analyze characteristic of Mei's performing arts. Chinese traditional opera have very important bearing on development of nationality vocal music art. If Chinese nationality vocal music wants to develop further to be representative of Chinese nationality vocal music art in global nationality vocal music from now on, it needs to adopt system of foreign bel canto, and study Chinese traditional vocal music deeply. I hope this study could get useful research and enlightenment in traditional vocal music art which adapt study in Chinese nationality vocal music.The full text is divided four parts. The first part introduce source of repertoire"Farewell My Concubine"and analyze a section of south wooden clappers by words of a song and aria.The second part is principal part. From vocal performance using and combine with my understanding on studying to proceed, I do a deep analysis on theory and practice to understand Mei's aria which includes pronounce and voice using, breath, talking pedantically, and diction etc.The third part is that I combine with my studying experience in nationality vocal music, Mei's aria and other Chinese traditional vocal music. I explain their internal relation between Chinese traditional vocal music and vocal music by breath using, pedantic diction, resounding and mellow aria, and performance etc. , and my thinking about that nationality vocal music adopt Chinese opera aria.The forth part is conclusion. I conclude my studying experience in Mei's aria, and confirm that study traditional aria has positive meaning for development of art of nationality vocal music performance.
