Study On Agricultural Investment Fund And Its Operation In Xinjiang

Agriculture is Xinjiang leading industry.But now the amount of investment is low,the structure is unsuitable and the mechanism is imperfect.These lead to agriculture is in a poor condition .This paper puts forward a new investment media?agricultural investment fund which can improve agricultural investment mechanism and promote agriculture prosperity by the analysis of industry investment fund in China and abroad.Guided by decentralizing risk and developing agriculture, agricultural investment fund is to form the effective investment mechanism and to bring the market mechanism into Xinjiang agriculture in the end.ln this papei,the feasibility of e~tablislIIIIe1IL of agiicultuiaI III V~StI11Ct1L fund in Xinjiang is analysized.In the light of specific conditions in Xinjiang, agricultural investment fund should be closed corporation,sponsered by government and financial organization ,managed by standard procedures to deal with the investigation ,investment,fosteration and withdrawal of targeted enterpisesi3esides these,the problems and the answers to them which agricultural investment fund may confront are under consideration.
