The Study On Investment Fund And Practice In China

Investment fund has beening developed for more than one hundred years in abroad, and has a far-reaching influence on the global economic. At the same time, the study of investment fund has moved in depth. However, as the time from its emergence to now in China is only about ten years, investment fund is still a new thing to us, and both theoretical study and practical summation on it are extraordinary deficient.Since investment fund was not created by us and the time we knew and came into contact with it is very short, if we want to exactly understand and study it, it is inevitable for us to search after and think over its history in developed countries. Therefore, this thesis is based on the study of its history and present condition in developed countries and on the achievements of theory and practice of it in developed countries, meantime, consults the achievements of theory and practice of it hi China, to summarize the general laws and developed countries' and Chinese practical experience of the development of it and to do my bit for the study and practice of it in China.This thesis has six charters. The first charter is introduction. The second charter is the general situation of investment fund in development. This charter casts light upon the future of investment fund in China, through the investigation of the development history and tendency of it. The third charter is the analyses of investment fund in characteristic, formation and system. In this charter, I expect we can have a highly understanding of investment fund, through the analyses. The forth charter is investment fund and security market. This charter proves the roles of development and stabilization which investment fund plays for Chinese security market, by the comparison of security market of China and developed countries. The fifth charter is the methods and system of evaluation of investment fund. In this charter, I make some suggestions on the work of evaluation of investment fund in China, through reviewing and reference to the ripe methods and system of evaluation of investment fund indeveloped countries. The sixth charter is the practical study of investment fund in China. This charter puts forward some views and suggestions on the existing problems, in the development of investment fund in China and the ways to deal with them, the thinking of the development of investment fund in China and the supervision and management of investment fund in China, on the basis of above charters and combining the development and practice of investment fund in China.
