On The Investigative Procedures Of Antidumping Law

The administrative investigative procedures are one of the most important parts in the antidumping laws. Based on the corresponding antidumping legislation systems and practices of European Community and the United States with comparative research methods, the dissertation provides practicable suggestions for China antidumping9legislation and implementation of the antidumping measures. In Chapter I Author throws highlight on the legal standing to petition an antidumping investigation, and emphasizes on the representation standards of the important concept omestic industry? Then, the thesis demonstrates the models of antidumping administrative institutions and exams the procedures to make findings. In the last part of the paper, Author concretely analyses the Judicial Review clause in the WTO Agreement, and finally demonstratively interprets the legal system ofjudicial review in China regulations related and practices concerned.
