People' Government Of Sanjiang Town, Xinhui City——attempting The Reforms On Township Financial Revenue & Expenditure

This thesis is a comprehensive teaching case which consists of two main parts: the case and the analysis. With the method of positive research, and in time order, the case starts with a seminar on township finance held by the object of the of study-People Government of Sanjiang Town, provides full description of the people, economy, and environment of Sanjiang town, and points out the nessity and urgency of financial revenue &expenditure management. It also reviews the culture, geography, history and investment environment of Sanjiang town to give the reader an overall understanding about this town. Then it describes the achievements and results affter the People Government of Sanjiang Toen caught chances, made bold innovations, and successfully implemented the reforms on financial revenue & expenditure of administrative unites and institutions. In the mean time, it makes a practical and realistic summary of the problemsand difficulties occuired during the reforms on financial revenue &expenditure. All the information and datum provided in this case is reliable and in details. In the part of case annalysis, implementing the knowledge and theory system and the annalysis methods which I learned during the three years MBA course, plus the personal practice in township financial refarms, I make a deep analysis and summary of the experiece and successful reasons of the reforms on financial revenue & expenditure carred out by the People Government of Sanjiang Toen, and provides the effective measures to resolve the difficulties occurred during and affter the reforms. Finally, I give out my opinion about development direction and prospects of the reforms on financial revenue & expenditure of Sanjiang Town, and provides practical and concrete programs.
