On The Act Of Deregulation In Stock Transaction And Its Legislative Regulation

There exists many acts of deregulation in China's stock transactions,and scholars have opinions about it．Since there's no clear definition of"actof deregulation in stock transaction"in theory, some acts of deregulationhave not been punished timely, and some acts of regulation were mistakenfor deregulation in practice．Using methods of comparison and settingexamples,the thesis make a study on the legislative drawbacks,putsforward legislative proposals on the definition of the act of deregulation,aswell as analyses such views as"Protecting interests of medium and smallinvestors" and"over jobbing". This thesis includes five chapters．In the first chapter, fouracts of deregulation in the stock market and scholars'opinions about it arelisted．That the problem results from the lack of clear definitions is raised．In the second chapter,the legal theories of regulating the act of deregulationare demonstrated,and the definition of the act of deregulation is deduced；the value orientation of legislation is also put forward．In the third andfourth chapter,the problems of China's relevant laws and regulations areanalyzed．In the fifth chapter, three aspects of legislative proposals on theabove problems are put forward．...
