Interactive marketing is the management that companies take consumers as the partners, fully interact with them, let them involved in product designing, improving and producing in order to make their products be more popular, shorten the period of products' entry into the market, and get the success of marketing. Interactive marketing can be implemented face to face, or through all kinds of interactive media, especially Internet, utilizing modern information technology.Today, the value and psychology of consumers change, their purchase behavior also changes, which needs new means of marketing to match the situation. Interactive marketing, especially online interactive marketing can meets such need with the following characteristics and trends: two ways, one to one, individualization, real time, full course. It offers a new product positioning technology for manufacturers, and may changes the shape of product's life cycle. Combined with the technology of Internet, it makes the price of products be consistent, simplifies the value chain, reduces cost, improves the satisfaction of customer, brings a new tool for enterprises, which enables them to choose multi-goal strategy.To implement interactive marketing, companies can carry it out from one to one in key accounts, apply the "integrate of customer" strategy, reorganize the structure, use new technologies an proper media.Neither is interactive marketing applicable to all companies and all products, nor can it take the place of other means of marketing. But it will be taking in new technologies, integrating the strong points of other kinds of marketing, and coming to be more perfect.
