But at the same time, fake and initerior goods like poison is spreading very fast and are soaking into all kinds of field. It ruins the normal market rule and investment environment, infringes the legal interests of consumers and business enterprises and greatly damages social production and life. The author analyzes the reason why fake and inferior goods can long exist from the standpoints of producers and consumers, legislation and law enforcement, as well as local governments. She adopts game theory that is widely used in the research of basic economics and applied economics. By using a game model, the author is trying to find the deep reason why fake and inferior goods is difficult to deal with and gives some suggestions and strategies correspondingly.
