| Based on the basic principals of modem Management, Marketing, Economics theories and the utilization of modem science and techniques, this article executed the research of the concept, characters, kinds and meanings of the enterprise抯 technical renew, the article also give us general ideas of the exist conditions and the main problems in the technical renew, and the reasons why those problems exist. Considering the enterprise management facts and the analyses of success and failure examples in domestic and abroad, the article present some suggestions for enhance the enterprise technical renew. The article are divided in three parts: Part 1 .The concept, characters, kinds and meanings of the enterprise technical renew and the important roles the technical renew played in the enlarge the core- competitive ability of the firm and the enterprise development. Enterprise technical renew means the firm adopts the new knowledge and new technical skill, use new form of production and administration, so that the firm could provide better-quality product, develop new product and provide new services, thus the firm could play a sound roles in the market and meet it抯 aims. The core of the technical renew is to adopt the new techniques upon the product ,improve the method of product and use the techniques in other fields, the life style and living standards could be improved. Technical renew includes product renew, facility renew, method renew and raw material renew. The technical renew have some characters such as non-monopoly and non-firmly of the profits; market play important roles in the technical renew and systematical of technical renew, etc. The technical renew could divided as milestone renew and step-by-step renew, and also could be divided as product renew and produce-method renew. The influence of technical renew is it could promote the enlarging of firm抯 profit and core-competitive ability, and could promote the turning from technique to produce-ability. Part 2. Review of the enterprise technique renew in domestic, Analyses the main problems exist in the enterprise technique renew and the reasons of formation. the main problems and reasons are: low standards of facility, the R&D of new product could not meet the requirements of market, information could not play it抯 roles, ii MASTER S THESIS and financial input is not enough. Those problems are origin from the inner of finns and macro administration system, also from the lack of capital and other factors. Part 3. With the basic principals of modem Management, Marketing, Economics theories and the utilization of modem science and techniques, the article give some suggestions for enhance the enterprise technical renew: Modernize the facilities and the related techniques, Develop new and competitive products according to the results of market investigation, Enlarge the input of Research & Development, Perform the IT development, Full fulfill the use of enterprise resources and full fulfill the ability of the technicians, Enlarging the financial input of technical renew, promote the owner-ship reform, establish talent introduce, education and use systems, etc. And the adaptation of those suggestions will enhance the core- competitive ability and offer the enterprise opportunities for long and health development in the markets.
