Abstract In this paper, it is discussed that Production Function Model ,which can change into Linear Regression Model by Logarithmic Transformation under given conditions, and its Choice Question between Plus Random Error Model and Multiplication Random Error Model about Production Function Model. And it is also discussed that two kinds of Random Error Models?different variance test and solution. Aimed at the Same Variance Plus Random Error Model, it is ~黷ted forward that a kind of Improved Logarithmic Linear Regression Method. Furthermore, associated with our country抯 production function statistical data from 1985 to 1998, we make regression and obtain some results. In I and II ,it is simply introduced that the development , some basic concepts and methods of regression theory , and economic background and meaning of Production Function Model parameter. In III it is given that the existence proof of the best correction and correction estimate about the parameters in the one factor Production Function Multiplication Random Error Statistics Model. In JV, we give a idea of Infinitesimal Random Variable in measure space, put forward that a kind of Improved Logarithmic Linear Regression Method to the Same Variance Plus Random Error Statistics Model, discuss the difference and contact between two kinds of random error statistics model , and point out that two ones all can make logarithmic linear regression under given conditions. In V, we study our country抯 production function data form 1985 to 1998 by SPSS 10.0, and draw a conclusion that our country GDP goes through a steady growth period from 1985 to 1998.
