A Study On Infrastructure Securitization Of China

Since the innovation and open of China, the development of infrastructure can't keep up the pace of economy growth. In order to guarantee the rapid and sustaining growth of economy, enough investment becomes a key solution. The imminence of enlarging investment in infrastructure and the limitation of traditional financing ways makes asset-backed securitization become a new feasible way to solve the problem ofabsence of capital in infrastructure.Firstly, the paper introduces the development and status quo of infrastructure and analyzes the capital source of infrastructure. After pointing out that absence of capital is the main factor that blocks the development of infrastructure, the author comes to the conclusion that asset-backed securitization is a feasible way in infrastructure financing. Then the author explains the principle of asset-backed securitization and testifies the feasibility of infrastructure securitization. According American relevant experience and Chinese conditions, framework of infrastructure securitization is established in this paper. Besides, this paper intensively analyzes different factors of hindering infrastructure securitization and then correspondingly put forward countermeasures.
