Study On How To Stimulate Further Development Of Township And Village Enterprises In ChiFeng

TVES which is created by Chinese peasants is a kind of economic organization with Chinese characteristics. Developing TVES is an effective method of realization industrialization and solving the problem of peasant and ruraL According to "TVESLaw" that was implemented on January 1^st 1997,TVES is rural collective economic organization or all kinds of enterprises that are invested mainly by peasants or undertake the obligation of support agriculture in town and village. At present, the range of TVES' concept is expanding and doesn's indude into state-owned economy and foreign capital. The TVES in ChiFeng was getting brilliant in the past The gross economic product and the speed of development were excellent in Inner Mongolia region before 1998,but the development was standed in the way recently. In the thesis,I elaborate that the TVES' development makes a great contribution for social and economy in ChiFeng and analyze the present situation of TVES, the fault reasons and superiority of development, at last countermeasure is given for the solution.
