The Problems Of The Chifeng Youth Volunteer Organizations To Participate In Building Civilized City And The Countermeasures

The awarding ceremony of national spiritual and civilization constructions was held on December 20th,2011.Chifeng was nominated by The Central Committee of civilization.From then on Chifeng started to fight for the award. Youth volunteer organization is the people who contribute their time and energy, without asking for any reward or money.The targets of their work are to improve the social services and promote social progress.I chose the the national spiritual and civilization city program and the main activities of the Youth volunteers as an example.The main activities they have done were maintaining stability of social, helping social vulnerable groups, servicing large meetings. They played a positive role and contribute to the development of urban civilization and society harmonious.However, the youth volunteer organizations also exist some problems.Such as lack of scientific, personnel selection and training mechanism and incentive mechanism is not perfect. In this paper, I used the ways of questionnaire and interview research, combined with personal experience of the participation in the activities, I give the countermeasures.
