Guangdong Lianhai Imp. & Exp. CO., a foreign trade enterprise which mainly handles export business, adopts reward allocation as a major means to motivate its staff members. It allocates rewards to sales personnel and other staff members separately according to their export & profit amount and their reward coefficient. Reward differences among members often arouse disputes on how to allocate rewards. Plans of reward allocation have made several significant changes, but there still exists complaints, even the enterprise leaders don't think the motivation effect satisfactory.Only by insisting on the principle of giving priority to efficiency and consideration to justice can reward allocation plan play its motive role. Position evaluation and performance appraisal has importance in reward management. Also the enterprise's other factors influenced in the motivation of reward allocation.
