Delta Electronics (Dongguan) Co.,Ltd——Material Management System Analysis

(3) the manufacture system and its management means. (4) computer system: SAP R/3. (5) describe the achievement for recent four years for Delta Dongguan plant#l from the aspects of sales status, stock status, profit and competition peculiarity. Case study analyzes the reasons that Delta Dongguan Plant#l made such achievements, and mainly for material management. It consists of four parts. (1) purchasing strategy and supplier management. (2) material management computerization.(3) JIT for delivery .
