Research On Conglomerate Strategy Of Automobile Industry

From the perspectives of globalization of world economy, This paper analyses the development, experiences and the existing problems about conglomeration of China's automobile industry by studying group companies in major automobile producing countries. Then, the author put forward the goals of domestic conglomerate strategy during the period of the Tenth Five Plan and then its feasibility is made. After that, the selection of developing modes and the ways of enhancing core competitiveness are full discussed on the automobile conglomerates. In the end, some valuable and proper advises are offered on the policy of accelerating the conglomeration of automobile companies in China.
