The problem about small and middle-sized enterprise is a world-widly one because there are a number of small and middle-sized enterprises in developing countries as well as in developed countries and newly industrialized countries. It is also a never-ending problem because this problem exists in past, nowadays and future. The small and middle-sized enterprises in China face an austere problem, which is the generally backward management. Many employees are not satisfied with their enterprise. The relationship between them is complicated and the general efficiency of organization is obviously low. All these are caused by the reasons such as the ignorance of training, rewarding, professional design of employee and the development of organization. All these advantages have obviously limited the development of small and middle-sized enterprise. In December, 2001, china enters into WTO, which is not only a great chance, but also an austere challenge for Chinese small and middle-sized enterprise. Then, how to overcome the disadvantages of short history of development and low-level management and to utilize organizational behavior management to improve the efficiency and core competitively of enterprise has become an important project. Organizational behavior management is the core work of enterprise management. The organizational behavior management of enterprise can improve working efficiency by utilizing and developing the key resource of enterprise, latent ability of employee. Thus, considering the real situation of Chinese enterprise, this thesis analyses the organizational behavior of small and middle-sized enterprise in order to solve this problem on how to utilize and develop the latent ability of employee.The thesis has been divided into three parts.In part 1, it defines some concepts used in the thesis, and gives a brief introduction of contents and significance of organizational behavior management of small and middle-sized enterprise.In part 2, it analyses the real situation such as low quality of employee, lack of training and rewarding, group contradiction, unreasonable design of team and organization, which organizational behavior management of Chinese small and milled-sized enterprise faces on. It also points out the backward situation of management of human resource in enterprise and specially analyses the possible influence to organization caused by the employee satisfaction.In part 3, it tends to establish the theory framework analyzing the management model of organizational behavior of enterprise. After pointing out the disadvantages of autocratic model, custodial model, supportive model and collegial model, it puts forward the idea of co-development model of organizational behavior management. Furthermore, it discusses the practical method of individual development, rewarding employee and authorization.Combining the science of organizational behavior with the real situation of Chinese small and middle-sized enterprise, this thesis analyses the management model of small and middle-sized enterprise, which is somewhat creative. By utilizing the basic theory of science of organizational behavior and considering the management theory of organizational behavior, this thesis analyses the main problem and inner reason of Chinese small and middle-sized enterprises, which has theoretic value and practicable significance. The special research on organizationalbehavior of small and middle-sized enterprise in this thesis provides a new idea of improving the management of small and middle-sized enterprise.This thesis, which discusses management idea and method of small and middle-sized enterprise, is practicable as well as original. Basing on the analysis of the current management model of organizational behavior, this thesis puts forward a kind of new management model, co-development model.
