Double-factor Theory On The Existence And Development Of Small-middle Sized Enterprise

The paper puts forward a new theory: double actor existent theory of small iddle sized enterprises . The two factors are technical innovation and clusteration. Technical innovation is the source of lives of small iddle sized enterprises. There is no direct relation between technical innovation and enterprises scale, drawing into technical opportunity variable is a must. The paper discussed three innovation models and recommends innovation after imitation. By using AI-IP method, the paper sets a model to evaluate technical innovation abilities Clusteration is an inevitable choice for the existence and development of small iddle sized enterprises. According to the survivor technique, the paper brings competition advantages of small middle sized enterprise clusters into light. The author also puts forward some advice for the government to support small iddle sized enterprise clusters. In the last part of this paper, the author analyzes characteristics of knowledge economy and future theories The paper thinks that the evolution of the small-middle sized enterprises will be virtual enterprises.
