The Legal Cases Studies On The International Protection Of Well-Known Trademark

This thesis focuses on the preconditions, the premises, the approaches and the organization of confirmation of the well-known trademark before the definition and the characteristics of the well-known trademark in order to point out the necessity of protecting the well-known trademark. The thesis puts forwards the inadequate protection of the well-known trade marks in our country from the institution to practice and the thesis also discusses the legal suggestions to protect the well-known trade marks by introducing the protecting regulations of the well-known trademark in {(Protecting Industrial Property Rights Paris Treaty}) , ((Agreement of Trade Related Intellectual Property Rights}) in some developed capitalist countries.
