With the incredible growth of international trade, international investment and international capital floating, the trend in economic globalization has become stronger and stronger since the second world war. Each nation is faced with the problem to confront the impact and the challenge of economic globalization. Concerning China , who is going to Enter WTO ( World Trade Organization) in the near future, it is important to adopt necessary measure in terms of law.This article starts with the evolution and the characteristic of economic globalization, and shows the impact of economic globalization on global trade and international currency system. By means of comparison and analysis, it states the positive and negative impact of economic globalization on China. Meanwhile, this article stresses the relevant strategy that China takes in terms of law.
