Nowadays finance is no longer an affair within a single country but in the world. Financial globalization that becomes an unblocked affair brings people not only huge economic interests but also serious financial risk. It is the developing countries that have more serious financial risk than developed countries. The thesis analyses comprehensively developing countries?financial risk in the financial globalization process, in line with the theory of Marxism and prac- tice of developing countries. The thesis tries to produce references and enligh ten- ment for developing countries by the analysis of putting theory and combining his- tory with reality. The thesis consists of 4 sections. in the first section it explains the most im- portant conception and their relation. The second section mainly expounds the game theory, dependency theory, financial risk transmission mechanism and fi- nancial crisis infection theory. In the third section, the thesis studies the history of serious financial crises that have happened in the developing countries since 1980. By comparing, we can draw several experiential conclusions. The last sec- tion discusses the methods and the measures to counteract financial risk, such as internal harmony and international harmony. Besides, in the end of this section, it especially studies how china strengthens financial harmony.
