Research On The Supervision Of International Financial Derivatives

Based on the fundamental theory of financial supervision law, this paper probes into the problems of the supervision of international financial derivatives and produces the frame of the supervisory system of the financial derivatives of China. This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter defines the financial supervision law, analyzes the essence of financial supervision law and puts forward the basic principles of superlative supervision.Chapter two illustrates the concept and the classification of the international financial derivatives, states its origination, current situation and the tendency of development and analyzes its potential risks and legal characteristics.Chapter three emphatically elaborates the current supervisory structure of financial derivative market and legal measures of the supervision of international financial derivatives in some countries and regions, states the present situation of international supervision of the financial derivatives and expects the future of the supervision of international financial derivatives.Chapter four, the core of this paper, elaborates the uses and present legislative situation of the financial derivatives of China. Some constructive suggestions is also produced in this chapter.The last chapter is the conclusion. The future aims of the supervision of international financial derivatives is prospected.
