A Research On The Legal Supervision Institution Of Chinese-foreign Futures Exchange

The development of Futures has twist and turns in China, the futures has been still in the governing and rectifying stage.The thesis is extracted in my research. As the futures' material expression and operating axis, Futures Exchange is very important and foundational to the hole futures sound developing, so establishing and perfecting the legal supervision institution of Futures Exchange is the premise and guarantee to normalize domestic futures.The thesis has got some good inspirations after doing some research on the legal supervision of the ripper futures' Futures Exchange in the world, and analyzing the tendency of international legal supervision of Futures Exchange. Basing on summarizing domestic Futures Exchange legal supervising experiences and lessons, the author uses for reference advanced legal supervision experiences, poses the initial structure of the administration institution of domestic Futures Exchange, and hopes that the thesis may be of benefit to the Futures Transaction Law.
