Tyeory And Practice Of Revision Of Company Law

Our Company Law was made for the reform of economy system of organization, especially made for reforming of state-owned enterprise and reorganizing of companies, and it had little revision during nine years, which is not only in keep with the rule of Company Law of other countries, but also doesn't accord with the development of economy and society. We must revise our Company Law. There are two theoretical basis and three principles must be observed: economics and the science of law basis, the rule of market economy; company law's own department and the governance of company. Some company systems was studied in this essay, including capital system, property right system, personality system and protecting for company's stakeholder system.
