In recent years China's insurance industry has gained rapid development and much progress. But in comparison with the leading insurance companies of other countries, China's insurance companies have much gaps in capital, technology, service and management etc. Following the identical trend of the world economy, especially with entering WTO, China' insurance market will open more, and the competition will become more acute. Through studying the listing of the national insurance companies, the paper try to find a probable way to settle the problems of the national insurance companies, such as the capital strength isn't enough, the property right base isn't proper and the management system is not perfect etc.Through listing the national insurance companies can turn to the real Co. ltd., which will not only help to fill the capital of the companies and perfect the interior administration structure, but also help to supervise their operation strictly by both China Insurance Regulatory Commission(CIRC) and China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC) from then on. It's also beneficial to operation and management of the insurance companies and good development of the securities market.The issuing of the insurance company is a comprehensive research which involved insurance, finance, capital market, economy, law and society. The paper mainly used the systematic analysis. From the viewpoint of the systematic theory, the dissertation analyzed the possibility, the necessity, the obstacles of the issuing and listing of China's insurance companies, and finally put forward several suggestions to promote the national insurance companies list successfully.
