Modeling And Feasibility Analysis Of A "erp Service Center" Implementation Model For Mini-enterprises

ERP, one of the core ideas and technologies in the development of modern enterprise management, provides an advanced model for the management of manufacturing industries in China which is experiencing the transition from the manual stage to the scientific and computerized stage. This dissertation gives a detail introduction of the history and current situation of application of ERP, and makes a careful analysis on its characteristics of management At the same time, an internet-based ERP model for implement and real application is proposed considering both the application situation of ERP in China and the needs of most Chinese mini-enterprises which are in lack of capital, technology and technicians while hoping to improve their competition capacity through the use the ERP. The ERP model contributes greatly to the actualization of resource sharing, professional division of labor and the participation into the global economy of those mini-enterprises.In order to testify the feasibility of the model, the author chooses MK as its software platform. And through the survey and sampling of the enterprises in the Guangxi area, the author undertakes simulated practice of two companies, which are taken as the member enterprises of the model. On the base of it, the author proposes a user-authorization plan which can allow the co-existence of several users while keep the independence of data for each of the companies. And based on the plan, the author analyses the feasibility of ihe model at the angle of the software.Because the model is based on the Internet, the author establishes in the paper an experimental platform of "simulated internet environment" to testify the model's feasibility in view of Internet The experimental platform properly combines the technology of hardware and software to prove the model's feasibility and the security of the data maintenance.At the same time, the dissertation, based on the faithful data from the survey, makes a thorough analysis on the model's feasibility at the other angles like the application environment, system support, the cost of installation and the further development, and hence gets the conclusion that the model is feasible.
