This article segments the power market on the basis of marketing theories and the characteristics of power goods, and chooses a target market through quantitative analysis. The best power marketing strategy is processing targeting strategy with diversity marketing mix policy.Then the author processed on investigation and research on a certain power market the direction of segment marketing theory, designed a marketing plan and valued the economy of this marketing plan with some financial methods to affirm the feasibility of it.
