Based upon research of the development and present situation of FRP industry both at home and abroad.This paper supply a study on selection of the target market and development strategy of Qinhuangdao Yaohua Sanrong FRP Co.,ltd.First of all,it states the features of the history,present situation in FRP industry and prediction on the technology and developing trend in the international market. Especially,it gives more detailed analysis on domestic market.It summarized the demand and supply in the past decades through the analysis of the competition in this kind and give scientific prediction on its future.Secondly,it provided analysis information in the chapter 4 of this paper regarding Qinhuangdao Yaohua Sanrong FRP Co.,ltd in SWOT by adopting management theories and methods on the enterprise's strategy and supposed its marketing tactics .At last,it also supplied some thoughts and ideas on the continuable development of FRP industry and Sanrong company.Creative points of this paper:1.Research,analysis and prediction as well as segmentation on FRP market both at home and abroad.2.Marketing a deep and systematic diagnose at the first time on the business operation of Yaohua Sanrong company.It provides important and valuable measures and proposals on improving the company's operation in order to have it step into the tract of sustainable development.
