| Although China has not joined WTO yet, Chinese market is absolutely a very significant part of the global economy. With the constant reduction of its tariff, China will be a huge market for other countries to dump their products. It is an unavoidable battle for every walk of lives to use anti-dumping laws to fight for our domestic market, to protect professional competition and develop our economy in the same time. This paper has recommended options in anti-dumping legislation and its practice, changing in governmental functions and enterprises self-protection, referenced "Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidizing Regulations" promulgated in 1997, "Administrative Law", "Administrative Auditing Law" and "Foreign Trade Law", WTO, American and European laws and regulations regarding anti-dumping, hoping the recommendations be beneficial to the states and enterprises in this competitive global market. |
