Research On The Legal Issue Of International Tax Treaty

The development and globalization of economics will lead to the globalization of taxation and the increase of cooperation on taxation.So more international agreements on prevention of double taxation and tax evationwill be sigred in future.As regotiations about being the mumber of WTO will be completed soon,our country need more taxation agreemeats.But now,there are so many problems in this field that they need to be setted as soon as possible.Research on this matter will benefit Chinese development.This is a thesis an interational taxation agreement which is studied sgstematically by comparative research,positive and nalwe analysis.And I explained my positions on the matters about trend of these kinds of agreements,the relationship between E-Commerce and International Tax Treaty,etc.
