With the deepening of reform and opening constantly, the private enterprise of our country has already obtained enormous development. However, most of them adopt the family enterprise and familial management modes. This form has itself advantages on the i*vtial stage of family enterprise and in the enterprise with relatively small scale, but it's intrinsic problem will hinder the further development of the enterprise.In this article, we analyse the advantages and the question of governance structure of the family enterprise in our country at present. We think the enterprise of different scales should choose different enterprise systems.
