Research On The Stimulating Mechanism Of Chinese Securities Companies

After 10 years of development accompanying the securities market, Chinese securities companies has had its own size to some extent. As a very important component of financial system, Chinese securities companies played a crucial role in the process of helping nation-owned enterprises with stock system rebuilding, reconstruction and coming into market - it can be called as modern enterprise's incubation. However, we should note that securities companies are operative business in the framework of modern enterprises, hence the corporate governance of its own can not be ignored either. Due to the financial system and history reason, our securities companies are in the process of changing from traditional national enterprises to modern stock enterprises, with China's entry into WTO, Chinese securities companies being modern enterprise organization in financial sector will be facing strong challenges from foreign counterparts in the environment of finance open and international finance integrations. How to improve itself to be larger and stronger, how to be competitive when compete with foreign invest banks and occupy one position in future international financial market, the basic premise is to construct suitable corporate governance system and scientific management framework, among them, the construction of reasonable corporate stimulating mechanism is the most important foundation. Therefore, as of the research about stimulating mechanism of securities, it not only has something to with whether securities companies will be able to set up reasonable corporation supervision structure, but also its own rule and development. This article firstly analyses the significance of establishing stimulating mechanism of securities companies, then made detailed discussion about the stimulating mechanism of securities companies in western countries of today from aspects of main content, basic characteristic, and operation condition. Afterwards, the article goes a little further into the analyses of status, problem and system obstacle of security companies in China. In the end, combining the operation mode of Securities Company's stimulating mechanism in western developed countries, the article provides some plans and policy suggestion regarding how to establish stimulating mechanism of securities in China.
