Research On Real-time Cost Of Fossile Feul Unit And Supporting Decision

To meet the need of timely and accurate information and analysis of the power plant cost in the reform of power industry in China, studies in this paper were mainly focused on the following several aspects:1. Online calculation of the thermal economical performance of boiler, steam turbine and heat system was discussed and studied, and the dynamic relationship between real-time unit coal consumption and load was acquired.2. All the elements of power generating cost were thoroughly studied. And from the two aspects of fixed cost and varied cost, the content of each part was analyzed with their change characteristic and affecting factors, and the way of real-time cost accounting was brought forward.3. With the consideration of present trading characteristic of China electricity market, a new analytic method considering contract and bidding synthetically was summarized from the basic analytic method of profit and loss. And how to get the dynamic objective price with the objective profit was studied.4. Based on the frame of the Cost Accounting and Decision Supporting System, the models about relative contents were developed with the tools C++Builder5.0 and SQL Server 7.0.
