Study On The Production Costs Analysis And The Aided Price-Bidding Of A Power Plant

The competition is implemented at the power generating side by the reforming of power industry in China. Under the deregulated power system, the production cost of a power plant should be obtained and analyzed timely in order to bid the power price. In this paper, the studied contents are mainly focused on the following several aspects:1. Each elements of the power generating cost are studied. By considering both the fixed cost and the varied cost, the characteristic of every cost in production is analyzed respectively. The relations between generating cost and unit load are obtained by calculating all the kinds of costs.2. With the consideration of present trading characteristic of China electricity market, generating cost is analyzed by the analytic method of profit and loss. Generating cost and bidding price of different unit load are obtained considering contract and bidding synthetically. Based on the above, generating cost is analyzed by the analytic method of sensitivity and the analytic method of risk.3. Based on the frame of the Cost Accounting and Decision Supporting System, the models about relative contents are developed with the tools C++ Builder 5.0 and FrontPage 2000.
